For this existing residence, the design proposal focuses on expanding both function and comfort while maintaining architectural harmony with the original structure. The ground floor will feature a new open garden and a dedicated gym area, creating spaces for wellness and relaxation. The kitchen will be extended to include a pantry for improved efficiency, alongside additional guest rooms for hospitality. On the third floor, a family theater will be introduced, providing a private space for shared entertainment. Every addition is carefully planned to enhance daily living while blending seamlessly with the home’s existing character.
